The ultra-small spray hole design allows the fuel to be atomized like fine mist, leading to a soaring combustion efficiency and exceptional power output. Additionally, its high-strength and stable construction, grid structure cylinder block, end-ink cast iron body + cylinder head, high-pressure ratio supercharger, and high-efficiency heat exchange intercooler, make it a reliable choice even for high-intensity operations.
In terms of economy, it saves on fuel consumption, with levels as low as 185g/kWh, which makes it also environmentally friendly as the series with ease meet the non-road stage III and higher standards. Also, its environmental adaptability is impressive, and it can be used in plateau areas. The loss is low, even as low as 3% at 3000m, and there is no power loss at altitudes of 2000m above sea level. The engine can even start directly at -25 degrees Celsius, and it can be successfully awakened in an extremely cold environment of -41 + 2℃ after optional water boiler and oil heating.
Regarding its NVH performance, this engine is very quiet, stable, and operates noiselessly. It features a three-stage fuel filter, with a standard water removal and safe filter. Additionally, the special desert filter has a coarse filtration efficiency of up to 93%, which greatly extends the air filter maintenance cycle.
